Default Why do the cameras I bought in China playback a black and white rolling picture on
USA TVs? They still take great images and everything, but won't view properly when I play them back on USA TV's.

China uses the PAL format rather than NTSC, so unless your TV is multi-system and can switch then you will not be able to see playback properly on it.
