You can install a BitTorrent client like µTorrent or Wyzo, then grab this torrent:

If you want an easy way to download and playback YouTube videos, I suggest the RealPlayer 11 beta. RealPlayer used to be a horrible resource hog, but this version just WORKS. Makes grabbing YouTube vids a snap.
