| You can take them to Walgreens and have them put them on a dvd for you. I'm assuming you would like to edit them though which means you need to buy video conversion equipment and software for your computer. There are a lot of products available. You can usually even buy them from Walmart or Target. Here's an example from http://www.tigerdirect.com.<a href="...=P121-8108</a> |

| If you have a lot of tapes to convert, it's cheaper to buy a VCR/DVD recorder combi than to take them to a specialist. There are plenty of good ones on the market, but make sure it's a DVD recorder and not just a player.http://www.cramptonandmoore.co.uk/dv...2487.htmlEDIT: I just noticed this was in camcorders, not DVD. If you're talking about camcorder tapes, it would depend on what sort of connections your camcorder has, ie: whether or not it can be connected to a DVD recorder or a PC. |

| All it requires is for you to use your old sytem linked to a Digital recorder be it either Video or music you want to transpose , but most carry copyright protection and you would require a device to compensate for this .. These are available from any good electronics shop . and fit inline to your equipment and allow copying .. most duel sytem DVD /VHS recorders are copyright compliant and do not allow copying of copyrighted material so it s better to use two seperate systems . I f you are talking about personal tapes from a camcorder then any Digital recording device for that media will be sufficient without an inline watermark defuser .
