ok so ive seen a lot of people make videos of them using the computer, but i notice that its like the camera is in the computer. like its not them recording it.i was wondering wat program that was and where i could get it....hope u guys understand wat im talking about lol

Its called a video cam. You can get a decent one for about 40 dollars.
