I'm wondering if there is anyway other than having to buy the dvd/vcr recorder, or is there some kind of program I can use to download straight onto the computer thru the USB cable? I have the USB cable but no software. I've tried going to the manufacturer's website, but they only want to sell you a new one. Anyone ever have this problem?
