Default Okay , Buying a camera, what should I take into consideration?

Im buying a video camera, I want a good one , sharp imaging, the kind that is small but not crappy, kind of like cameras, you dont take your family photo with a kodak disposable cam. , so I just want some ideas and things to take into consideration when buying a video camera. EXCEPT Pricing I dont care about the price but I want it to be expensive, hehe.AND I want bluetooth, if there is a camera with that. And give me your opinion about buying regular cameras, sleek , black , digital?
