i'm trying to put videos on my computer from my canon ZR850..but it does nothing. i already installed the program from the cd just like it told me too.. i dont know whats wrong??it says the things i downloaded are only for the pictures on it...???please help!!!

Use the DV port on the camcorder with a firewire cable connected to the firewire port on your computer - If you don't have one, they are usually easy and cheap to install. Firewire, i.Link and IEEE1394 are all the same. It is in the camcorder manual in the section about connecting to a computer or connecting to other DV devices.
