Is Medion`s Traveler DV 5070 pocket video camera a cool product?

Most of the video cameras in that pocket size inexpensive category suffer from the same issues:

1) Video quality is okay in outdoor settings but looks awful indoors or in low light.

2) Video often gets blurred around the edges due to the optics used in the cameras.

3) The handheld nature of the camera lends itself to very shaky video.

The only camcorder I've found in the under $200 category worth looking at is the Flip Video Camera. The Flip isn't perfect either, but it does well indoors and performs better in questionable lighting than similarly priced competitors.
