Default JVC digital video camera?

I have a JVC GR-D30 digital video camera, and I would like to know how to transfer films from this camera onto a home computer, or burn it onto a DVD (my computer does have a DVD burner)

There should be a firewire connector on the camcorder. Go to a good computer store (Comp USA) get a firewire cable.Plug the firewire cable into the connector on your puter, plug the other end into your camcorder and turn it on.If you are running win XP it should detect the camera and start windows Movie Maker. Once you have downloaded the video you will have to obtain some software to convert the finished project to mpeg and burn your DVD. There are loads of different programs to burn DVDs on the web, freeware shareware and bucksware.
