I recently got an Innovage digital camera as a gift and after using it only once it shut down,it won't start.What can be the probable cause for it's failure to even start because it has not been tampered with by anyone.What should I do?

how do I know what buttons or levers to use to opperate this camera innovage WC # 59094? When I purchased it, I didn' notice that the batterie was already installed; does this signafy that the camera has been used? I purcahsed it from wallgreens in Inglewood on La Brea Avenue. OI want instructions that can show me how to begin to opperate this camera. Also, what about this or any of your products contain a chemical known to the state of California to cause Cancer and Birth Defects or other Reproductine Harm?
