I have a samsung SC-X210L camcorder that is suppose to work with my mac but it...

...doesn't, any ideas? when i plug it in to my computer i see the icon for the camcorder but when i download the videos they show up white and i can only hear the sound. please help me i have a powerbook G4 10.4thanks
