I have no idea what they're trying to do but it has nothing to do with your question.Anyway, I would suggest contacting JVC (or going to their website), and asking about Vista support for your camera. I'm sure they'll help you out. Many companies have released software updates and such for their products once Vista came out. I hope this helps!
