My computer is not very old(maybe 1 year), but even when it was brand new, the videos fom various news websites etc will not play properly. When I call GeekSquad they tell me even though the computer is fairly new (and it was the second most expensive computer option there at the time and it has Windows Media, it may not have a big enough Video card?? Youtube comes in fine, but things like Hooking up my sattelite for media never worked. always stuterred and even with trying to copy camcorder to hard drive via Dazzle software.
