K, i hooked up my USB cord to my camera and my computer. People are telling me that somthings supposed to pop up and nothings happening. every things hooked up right. when i try to put stuff on my psp somthing pops up but whenever i try to put stuff from my cam to my comp it never works!!how do you get the pictures/videos from ur cam to your PC?

go to my computer and click on the icon for your camera it is a removeable device and it should open.

you need to click on "my computer" and you will see from there

first of all you have to turn the camer on, after you connect the usb cable to the computer. if nothing pops up, go to my computer > removable disk (or whatever) this is your camera, just look through the folders until you find the one that has pictures

Uninstall your software and reinstall it.
