Default how do I save a video to my dekstop?

I have a sony handycam MiniDV . . . I contacted their support and they know NOTHING! I had it saved to "my Pictures" but it saved as 2 files and I couldn't play it back...I want to send a video through email...I have Highspeed internet, how do i do this? Thanks!yeah I have the video on my computer (I have all of the cables)but it is is "pictures motion browser" and it won't let me send them through email.

you need to Ethernet cable to connect the unit to your computer. If you have the whole camera package you should have a cord that will connect right to the computer. If not then the first step would be going to a local electronics store and asking your question, then getting the cable to connect your camera with the computer port. A screen should pop up and ask you if you want to view or load this information. This is what I do with my computer so I'm giving you past experience information. Hope this helped, good luck.

Depending on the format of the video or how you set up the video to be uploaded into your computer, you should be able to play it. Your question is very vague, see if you can include more details possible the format of the video (example-.mpeg, .avi, .mpg) then message me back or leave more details for other people to help

Your problem sounds familiar. I had a similar problem, but the source was my (former) Internet Service Provider. They treated audio and video files as possible spam and would not permit anyone to send them as email attachments. Before you try some of the other ideas, check with your ISP to make sure they are not blocking you. If they are, none of the other ideas will matter.
