Default How do i remove inbedded sound from a video clip on microsoft movie maker?

I have filmed short clips on my camera but the noise distortion is very bad, i would like to overlay this with soothing music but i cant seem to remove the imbedded sound on the orginal clips and the best i can do is have the soothing music playing over the shreaking and screaming of the people on the movie clip (it was shot at a funfair) please, please help me.

Click on the + next to the timeline and then right click the audio. You can mute the clip there or adjust the volume. I can't remember whether the volume adjustment is for the selected clip or the entire track though.
