You can look up the software/drivers by searching the manufacturer and model of the webcam, or even by searching the FCC ID# (found on the sticker of the webcam) on some driver websites.www.driverguide.com used to be a good one. I haven't used it in years though, can't say how useful it is now. But there are tons of driver downloading websites...just google for them.
