when im in attacth files I want to make video smaller how do i do it?

well all i can think is use Windows Movie Maker and break it up into parts.OR!!!try Compress it into a .rar file into parts. So wheny our husband gets ALL the parts all he has to do is drag one of the .rar file and it will all uncompress and come back into 1 whole file.google how to compress into parts and it should be easy
