After several emails Panasonic finally sent me this message:Thank you for your inquiry. The model PVGS39 is not vista compatible We do apologize for your inconvenience and hope this resolves your problem. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact us. Does anyone have an answer because this certainly did not resolve my problem.
