What format are the videos?

what format are they in, right click on them and check properties

identify the file format by selecting the video file then press the right click button> properties, then take a look at the file format..after identifying it search the net for downloads on video codecs.. After downloading it read the instruction on how to configurate it.. into whatever media player you have into your laptopOR try installing the cd software of your mobile phone to your laptop, in that way you could watch the video in the provided software by the phone
