The software disk provided with the Camcorder does not support the Mac Operating System. Is there any way around this as I really want to be able to use IMovie to edit my videos. Thanks for you help.

You should be able to mount the camcorder as a drive on your Mac and then copy the files to your Mac hard drive. Then open the files on your hard drive in iMovie for editing.
