I'd like to buy a H.264 .mp4 camcorder because of the ease of uploading files directly to e.g. youtube, without processing them first.

Since I'm going to use the camcorder hand held and may have to move to follow the motive, I'd like it to have optical image stabilizer, but I can't find any camcorder with that combination.

Are there any camcorders out there that will shoot at least 1280x720 30p (preferably 1280x720 60p), which have OIS ?

I'm considering Sanyo and Samsung because of the file format, but none of them have OIS..
