I'm wondering how to make the video physically smaller. As in making it say, when (hypothetically) its 50x50 it is clear, i want it to be 25x25 clear, and instead if you blow it up it will be blurry. i know its weird but i need this for a project, i want to make it so when you open this video it opens to a small size.ok, so basically i want, when the video opens, it to be fairly small, so that things are very small, and therefor if you made it bigger it would blurr, right now the video is large and everything is bigi dont have a current video editing software, could you suggest a free, easy-to-use software i coudl download?
