Do a need profess. head cleaning of my MiniDV camera?

I have Panasonic PV-GS12 & during playback on tv or camerascreen i see blue lines or the screen is blocked with small blocks. I ran a head cleaner I bought at Radio Shack but it only seemed to be a temp. fix. What should I do?
