Hi, my nephew has a samsung VP-MX10, and a newish AMD laptop running Vista, we have repeatedly installed all the software on the supplies cds, bu can still only hear audio, no video when replaying files. Tried the same thing on my vista PC, and it worked fine, any ideas please?

Is there possibly a difference in Windows Vista versions? Like is your PC running Premium or Ultimate and the laptop has Vista Home Basic? I ask that specifically because Basic does not ship with some of the codecs that are included in Premium and Ultimate.

Try to check the configuration on your computer. There must be something wrong with the video setting
