Hi all,

new here so apologies if posting in the wrong place.

I've just got a new Canon HG20 which is doing everything fine except it won't connect to my pc via USB.

I'm running Vista home premium (32bit)
Intel E4600 2.40GHz processor
2.00GB RAM

Anyone know if this is a known issue and have a workaround for the problem?
