I plan on buying a camcorder, the only thing really in my price range right now are the mid-priced Mini-DV camcorders. I had a question about the tapes. After the tape is fully recorded over, if I transfer the footage to my computer could I then use the tape again and just record over what was already on there? If not I may want to spend a bit more on the HDD because after time I'm sure it would recover the cost of continously buying tapes.
