Which is better, digicam or camcorder?

digicam has still photos and video. but the photos are more clear compare to the video because of the megapixels. and digicams are designed for still photos while camcorders are are the other way around because it was design to capture videos and not photos... the advantage of digicam is that you can easily transfer photos and videos to a computer.
