Hi guys

I recently bought a JVC GR D750 and have only used it a couple of times. The picture quality is ok but the sound is patchy and breaks up during playback missing a few seconds of audio all through the tape.

I have tried a tape head cleaner even though its a new machine to see if that would help, it doesnt.

Any suggestions?

If it's a new camcorder and a recent purchase - take it back! You shouldn't have to use a defective camcorder. If it's not new enough to return, send it in to JVC for warranty repair through the warranty service channels explained in the camcorders documentation.

Thanks mate. Wasn't sure if this was a common problem and easily fixed or not.

Will return as its still under warrenty.
