| I am getting the following error message when i am trying to watch a streaming video on the Netflix website: Microsoft DRM software error Your Microsoft Digital Rights Management software is not working properly and needs to be reset. To resolve this issue, please call Netflix technical support at 1-866-402-2616, or contact technical support here and report the following error code: If you are comfortable running a utility to fix this problem yourself, you may also follow the instructions in our FAQ on the Reset DRM Utility. WMPError(C00D11B1) Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help. Netflix support worked with me for awhile, but came to the conclusion it has something to do with Media Player codecs due to this error code: ** COPP error code = 80040218 Anything I found to try and fix the problem involved renaming the quartz.dll file, but I can't get to the file to rename it. Vista just tries to open it. I posted this before, and found out my DRM folder is empty, so now what do i do? ~Josh
