Hi,

My Camtasia videos sound not clear when started, after playing 1 or 2 mins.
the sound stopped. ( Viewing online or dowloaded videos got the same problem)

Appreciate any advice and help.

I've had the same issue. I have Camtasia 5 and I tried to rip streaming
video. The video came out fine, but the audio was either nonexistent or
extremely low so as to be unusable when ripped to mp3. I followed the
suggestions on Camtasia's site to enable disabled items under the sound
settings and it did not fix the issue. I also tried changing the default
audio and unchecking the microphone function in the Camtasia recorder
and that did not work either. :cry: I downloaded the latest fixes and
installed them, but to no avail. If you come across a fix, please let me
know!
