How can I resize a picture, using Windows Photo Gallery, BUT NOT send it as a
email? (I just want to save a smaller size on my PC)

it's not possible with WPG, use another program instead like IrfanView (free
download) or it also can be done with Paint, wich is in the bureau
accessoires.
