Hello,
I think Real player is compatible with the Vista so that's the reason real player won't allow you to download the video's. so, download other media player.

if you are using internet explorer i have had sporadic issues of not
being able to use real download and in spite of all the troubleshooting
things it still won't work. doing a reboot many times fixes the problem
but internet explorer is the problem. real download also works in
firefox.

the issue is internet explorer. the problem i think occurs when ie
blows up and has to close. the troubleshooting steps i took were useless
but sometimes the problem resolved with a reboot. ie is the issue not
vista. real downloader also works with firefox and i think also google
chrome.
