Default Movie Maker Import from DVD

I made a dvd from Movie Maker..afterwards my OS crashd and I had to reload
everything. I had made a movie and burned it to dvd. Is ther a way that I can
import it back into Movie maker?

hi - I did get some help elsewhere. I went to online chat with GeekSquad
from BestBuy.com and was told to download NERO from the internet. You can
get a free trial for 3 months or so. You can copy your dvd movie into NERO
and then go to Windows Movie Maker and IMPORT DATA from NERO.

I did this and it worked. I cannot edit the movie (so to speak). I think I
can split the track in some areas to add things - - at least it says I can -
- I am not that intellegent with the software yet. (just a mom trying to get
family vacation on dvd) - -HA!! take care,
