Capture Sound with HyperCam

I have downloaded HyperCam and was wondering what does it use to capture
sound? I have recorded a movie and tried blowing on my microphone and still
nothing happened. Also is there a program that will let me use speakers as a
microphone in Windows Vista Home Premium?
