Default Can't burn pictures to dvd from my pictures folder

I have a pictures folder that has 3.41 gb of pictures in it and evertime I
try to burn these pictures to DVD from the Pictures folder, it starts the
process and then it just disapears like I never even started it. I have tried
different DVD's with no luck. I called my computer manufacturer because I
though it was my drive but then had me do it from Roxio and it worked. I want
it to work from Windows what else can I try. I also was getting an error
0x80070571 disk structure is corrupted and unreadable on previous tries but
now I am not even getting that error it just stops working.

Roxio is probably your best bet....but if you
are running Vista Home Premium or Ultimate...
the following info might be worth a look:

    Windows Vista -
Burn a CD or DVD in Windows Media Center

    or...
    http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...289e01033.mspx
(Scroll down to:"To burn music, pictures, and
videos to a data CD or DVD")

    You're welcome.

Before like WinXP? Copy to CD?...yes...and
even then third party software was the best bet.

Copy to DVD? I don't think so.
