I faced this issue when i tried to create a new set using Windows Live
Photo Gallery when 3 sets already existed (Maximum allowed)

Can no longer upload pics to Flickr using Windows Live Photo Galle I'm using windows live photo gallery on two separate systems (1 vista, 1 XP
SP2) both of them experience the same issue. Every time I try to upload, no
matter how many photos I get the same error.
"publishing failed, please try again later (0x80042f13)"
I've successfully uploaded thousands of pictures in this way in the past
what it this error and how do we fix it?
