| Hi there, did you happen to get an answer on this yet? because I have the same problem and it just makes me want to pitch my computer in the trash. | hihi! i've follow ur solution to install GOM player to play my video problem. now i can play video but no sound at all. anything wrong with setting or else? do help me pls regards, TQ! | I frequently see the disconnect between engineering/tech staff and the end user. Many engineers and techs who enjoy spending hours of trying to fix software/firmware bugs lose sight that many consumers just want to turn on the computer and use the software as was promised by the original developers, in this case, Microsoft.
