Hi there, did you happen to get an answer on this yet? because I have the

When you click on the Web Help button on the error dialog, what's the exact
URL it takes you to?

I frequently see the disconnect between engineering/tech staff and the end user. Many engineers and techs who enjoy spending hours of trying to fix
software/firmware bugs lose sight that many consumers just want to turn on
the computer and use the software as was promised by the original developers, in this case, Microsoft.
