I was wondering if it would be better to shoot the game play by play or is it better to let the camera record longer sequences. Doing play by play means you get a lot of small individual MTS files that you will need to wade through to make up a game DVD. With longer game sequences you would have to cut the clips to take out any of the game breaks or bad stuff.

I would like to hear what anyone else's experience is. Thanks.

PS: I have a Canon HF200 and have been shooting using the Sports mode and 60i.
