Reccomend a Camcorder?

i need a good camcorder
and i have 250-300 to spend on it. Its gonna be for short films that i do for fun with my friends, but it does need to be a decent quality because im editing in after effects and premiere.

im considering the flip UltraHD, or a Sanyo VPC series.
