I currently have two camcorders: a Sony HDR-XR100 and a HDR-HC7

I'm trying to find out a few things about their audio recording capabilities. Namely, what is the audio sample rate and how many bits resolution do they have (I found a couple of posts that said they had 12 and 16 bit depths, but I cant find anything "official").
