Default Need help buying a High Def Camcorder

Hi I'm looking to buy a high def camcorder for family events indoor & outdoor and also be able to put stuff on the internet. I would like good image stabilization, 1080p video, internal HD would be cool with a SD card slot and if older models take great video then please mention them because the less money the better.

I've done a lot of research on prices & models but I know nothing about camcorders to fully understand everything & I've never owned a camcorder.

Samsung - I found the new HMX-H106 with 64GB HDD for decent price.

I found the old SC-HMX20C 8GB Used for about $300.00 but I don't know how good the image stabilization is on it because on the videos I watched there's a lot of shaking.

Canon - has refurbed HF11 for good deals, HG20 & HG21 new are discounted now I just don't know between all of these which is the better one.

I know the Canon HF S10 & S11 are top of the line and the Panasonic HDC-HS300K & Sony HDR-XR520V are also but they are out of my price range until they get discounted.

So out of all the models I mentioned or if I missed any which is the best one to go with for what I want and should I wait for the higher end models to drop in price?
