When I import video footage longer than 4 minutes, the application always hung up. And the only way to terminate this app is to unplug the USB cable connected to the camcorder. I have no problems with the smaller video footage. I am using the standard software shipped with Canon (ImageMixer3) for importing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
