Hi, I just bought this camcorder and I am confused.

The manual says to use H series batteries with it. On Ebay I can get the NP-FH100 pretty cheap. Great! Now I go on to Sony's website... (It won't let me put the URL since I haven't made 3 posts here, but it's the first thing that comes up on google if you type in "Sony HDR-XR500V" The Sony Style page for this cam, then click the accessories tab...)

So then, under accessories tab, for the longer lasting battery it's saying to use the V series. Those are expensivvvvvve everywhere. Is one of these a misprint? Are they both compatible and one does something different?

Any help from someone that has experience with this cam and buying batteries for it would be appreciated!
