Changing around problems may ignore problems in the source content, though.
If it should work: why doesn't it work? If it's a bug in Windows, you would
probably want it fixed. If it's a bug in the content or encoding, maybe
that tool can also be fixed. =)
Peter, is there a sample clip showing this problem that I can take a look
at? A URL would be very helpful.
