*Converters (iPod, PSP, Xbox, PS3 etc.)*
A couple of month ago, when I added a PSP to the gadgets I use, I
faced a huge problem of converting formats between all the devices. You
would understand me if you have a big movie collection and about 40GB
of music.


I tried many free and trial programs, so many that I can't even
remember all of their names. Some of them were too complicated, some
too ugly and others too slow.
However, I've managed to find a couple of programs suitable for my
needs. Anyone who wants to convert audio or video files, may find those
two programs extremely useful.

'Switch' (http://www.nch.com.au/switch/plus.html) - for audio formats
'Prism' (http://www.nchsoftware.com/prism/plus.html) – for
video.

Both of them have free versions available, so you can see that they
are really good.
