Jake...I really need your help here...I don't know what the problem is BUT...as I said before I uninstalled everything and then read your posting and only installed the one dvd I needed...ok fine. But I got no further than before. It shouldnd't take more than 3 1/2 hours to copy a movie to a DVD should it? It seems to be freezing sorta at this one point where the movie is overwith and then it says generating disc(or something like that) thats where it stays until after so many hours I finally have to hit control alt delete to get out of it...then I've wasted another blank DVD...I don't get what I'm doing wrong or is this item defected? It didn't come with any directions and I even read the how to guide...Please Jake what am I doing wrong...Thanks for all your help |
