I'm new here and praying someone can help me! I have a Panasonic Palmcorder PV-DV52. I got this as a hand-me-down present, but the previous owner swears they didn't have this problem. Who knows the truth!?!?

Anyhow, I have an ongoing problem with this palmcorder. It will work for a couple of record/VCR session. Then one day I will try to turn it on and then it won't work properly. The power light will flash and none of the controls (play, rew, fwd, ect.) will work. I can see the live image on the LCD, but that’s about it. It's so weird because sometimes it will just sort of fix itself and magically work. But for the last 6 months or so it won't "fix it self" and just doesn't work.

I have done a little online research and have come to find that this is a common problem with this model. Although I have yet to find a real solution.
