You need a video convertor that will convert from analong inputs to digial through the USB. All you have to do is hook the outputs of a vcr (red, white and yellow) up to this and it has a usb that goes to your computer. Use the software that comes with it, and your good to go. You can get something like this for under 100 bucks.
