Windows Media DRM folder I have Window Vista Home premium and can't see videos I downloaded from a
website that I used to have no problem seeing. Just recently I'm having
difficulty getting the license to download. The following was suggested by
the website but I can't seem to locate My Computer in Start.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated
If you are still having trouble obtaining licenses when you play files, try
the following:
Reset Windows Media DRM by deleting all the files in the Windows Media DRM
folder. Note that the Windows Media DRM folder is a hidden system folder. To
view hidden files and folders, follow these steps:
a. Click Start, and then click My Computer.
b. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options, and then click the View tab.
c. Click Show hidden files and folders, and then click to clear the Hide
protected operating system files check box.
Delete all of the files in this directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM
